You must not:
- Republish material from Kurogo without written authorization.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Kurogo.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Kurogo for public distribution.
2. Qualification and Assessment Flow
Kurogo offers high-end business assessment qualification funnels. By submitting your business parameters (revenue, niche, and company goals), you agree that:
- The information provided is true, accurate, and represents your actual active business state.
- Kurogo reserves the right to qualify or disqualify leads based on internal business parameters.
- Completion of the assessment does not guarantee acceptance into our Done-For-You branding service.
3. Month-One Test Guarantee Terms
Our standard Done-For-You (DFY) service contracts include a month-one exit clause. If you are not satisfied with the corporate brand positioning document built in the first 30 days of the contract, you can pay solely for that month, retain the strategy documentation, and terminate the 6-month contract with no additional obligations.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Complimentary 30-minute Brand Strategy Sessions are reserved solely for businesses meeting our current qualification parameters. Kurogo reserves the right to reschedule or release booked appointments that do not align with our active ICP parameters. If you are unable to attend your booked slot, please notify our team at least 12 hours in advance using the cancellation links in your calendar invite.
5. Disclaimer of Liabilities
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with the use of our services.
